           According to the survey of Beijing Guoxin Boyan information center, led sign accounts for more than 31% in China mainland’s LED application market during 2008, LED lighting ratio of 18%, cell phone application it’s about 16%, indicator light accounts for 14%, traffic lights 10%, LCD back lighting, cars and other applications, the proportion is about 4%. Including LED sign, LED lighting, mobile phones and LCD backlighting are the four big application market, total share about 80% in the mainland in 2008 LED market.
           In the current market ,the biggest led billboards, China mainland’s LED sign market have a scale of 5.81 billion RMB in 2008, estimated it will grow to 6.7 billion RMB in 2009. Lin ZhiXun said, mainly is the government leading markets, including major sports and exhibitions, economic development, and the China mainland government’s  incentive factors on advertising and the formulation of information law and so on, drive the mainland’s LED sign demand. The China mainland’s mainly companies about led sign including Shanghai Shansi, and leah DE, the Roper, Desai, Qingsong, shenzhen Jing Oriental and so on, and already have the competition ability and with the foreign company.
           LED lighting at present is the second biggest led application market in China mainland.the market size of led light in the last year is 3.3 billion RMB, estimated that it will grow to 3.9 billion RMB during 2009. Lin ZhiXun said, the building lighting for the main application fields among them, accounting for more than 61.7%, followed by commercial industrial lighting accounted for more than 31.2%, including portable lighting products, entertainment lighting, outdoor lighting, safe from the nets lighting, emergency lighting, retail display lighting, residential lighting, and so on which the market demand, is still very limited.
